Meet the passionate people behind Corrective Skincare LA >
Jennifer Kramer, P.M.E.
Founder, Owner & Clinical Director
As a teenager, Jennifer Kramer struggled with acne and tried numerous treatments and products over the years- including regular facials, dry ice therapy, cortisone shots, and Accutane- nothing worked. Because of this, she decided to dedicate her life to increasing 'confidence through clarity', and in 1996- Corrective Skincare LA was born.
With more than 27 years experience, she has a specific focus on acne, scarring and hyper-pigmentation, and she has a vast knowledge of chemical therapy for problem skin of all skin types and ethnic backgrounds.

Hannah Land, P.M.E.
Sr. Paramedical Esthetician
Hannah Land grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and made the move to Santa Monica in 2016. After suffering from severe acne as a pre-adolescent and well into her adult years she decided it was time to pursue her passions of skincare and become a licensed esthetician. Hannah prides herself in educating her clients about how the skin works, explaining what skincare products are actually doing for their skin, and setting realistic goals to get long-lasting, healthy skin.
In Hannah's free time you can catch her taking a hot yoga class, making green smoothies, playing with her English Bulldog "Poppy" or indulging in a midday nap.
Monyque Hernandez, P.M.E.
Monyque was born and raised in San Diego, CA and made the move to Los Angeles in 2021. Her skincare journey started in her late teen years when she struggled with acne. After years of frustrating dermatologist visits (even Accutane did not clear her), she decided to take matters into her own hands and became a Licensed Esthetician. Through this process, she was able to clear her own skin and is passionate about helping others gain confidence by achieving clear and healthy skin too!
In Monyque’s spare time you can find her cooking up a delicious meal, spending time with her son at the park, taking long evening walks or relaxing at a coffee shop.
Sarah Lange, P.M.E.
Sarah was born and raised in sunny Redondo Beach, CA. Prior to joining the Corrective Skincare family, she worked as a scribe in medical dermatology and studied microbiology at Northern Arizona University. With a combined love of skincare and ongoing education, becoming a paramedical esthetician at CSLA was a natural fit. With first hand experience, the detrimental effect acne has on self confidence and the need to trust one's therapist, Sarah aims to make her clients feel comfortable, leaving them more educated (and clearer!) than when they first walked in.
Outside of Corrective Skincare you can find Sarah tending to her vast collection of houseplants, playing with her foster cat or planning her next road trip!
Janna Bossier is a native of Louisiana but the West Coast was calling her name. Skincare has always been in the back of her mind as something she wanted to pursue. In addition to her role as Administrative Coordinator, Janna is also enrolled in the Esthetics program at Santa Monica College. She is passionate about helping others reach their skincare goals and is excited to see you at the front desk in Santa Monica soon!
Outside of CSLA, Janna can be found hunting for LA's best donut, enjoying a Hydrow or trampoline workout, meditating, learning about energy work, or watching the latest true-crime series.
Fun fact about Janna for all you Harry Potter lovers: she is a Gryffindor and her Patronus is a white stallion.
